Call out charges are as follows:

Call out charge inclusive of up to 1 hour labour  £120.00 Inc Vat

Additional labour is charged by 30 minute intervals at £50 Inc Vat

We will always try and fix the issue on our visit, but please be advised that if parts are needed and not available at that time, we will isolate/make safe the problem, ready for repair during normal working hours.
